Please note: We don’t ship results of our tests, we only pickup samples at your location.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Pickup orders will not happen on weekends or holidays.

After your order we’ll schedule a pickup on a selected date. If we can’t schedule a pickup on a selected date we will contact you over email or telephone.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, pickup may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in for a pickup. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are already calculated into our prices – that’s the reason shipping of your samples is listes as free. We send results of the tests via email.
