What you need for a CPSR

The more complete your information, the faster the safety assessment. Have these ready when you fill in the CPSR form:

• Company and producer – who orders, and who manufactures the product (tick if they are the same).
• Full formula – every ingredient with its percentage (INCI names).
• Raw material documents – specification or safety documents per ingredient, where you have them. Uploads are kept grouped per ingredient.
• Allergens – fragrance and flavour allergens for the ingredients that need them.
• Packaging – the packaging parts and the material of each part.
• Intended use – who uses the product, where on the body and how often.
