Order statuses explained

Every test in your order has its own status, so you always see exactly where it is:

• Paid & Awaiting pickup – your order is paid and we are waiting to collect the samples (or for you to hand them to the courier).
• Sample received – your samples have arrived at the lab and are checked in.
• Testing in progress – the test is running. Long studies, like a 3-month stability test, stay here until the last check point.
• Completed – the study is finished and your report is available to download. Other tests in the same order carry on at their own pace.
